It was the right one!! Even thou i accidentally cut the lanyard when using the scissors to open the package, so be very careful.

The replacement order process was a bit challenging, I got the wrong remote twice. However the team was helpful and sent me the right remote eventually, a good exercise in patience. I would definitely include a picture of your old remote if you have it, even the serial and model number were not quite enough to get the right remote on the first try.

I bought UREVO walking pad off Facebook Marketplace less than a year ago and the remote stopped working. I ordered to the wrong address first and they promptly responded to my email to cancel the order. The new remote worked seamlessly.
