The Pen Deck

I love my Pen Decks, I have purchased two for myself. In November I ordered my third to give to a good friend for Christmas. Unfortunately it was scratched and I ended up substituting one of mine to gift him. That is far from the end of my story. I wrote H & H about the scratch. Giselle replied asking some questions and then wrote back to me (this is during the holidays and certainly a busy time for all at Holmes and Hadfield) and offered me several options. After thinking about the options I wrote back to her with several possible options I had considered. Then on New Years Day she responded with good news that the Pen Decks will be in manufacturing and if I can wait until the end of the month they will exchange a new one for the one I received. I write this not due to any disappointment but to share with everyone just how wonderful they are and how they accommodated me right away. I trust them, their word is a bond with their costumers, and honestly dealing with them is like dealing with friends. They are wonderful.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my husband, who is quite the sybarite, and not easily impressed. After undergoing serious scrutiny and vetting, this pen case received overwhelming accolades from my hubby. Truly a testament to the quality and workmanship of this product!

This was a Christmas gift for my husband who collects luxury pens and he loved it. It is actually the nicest pen case that he has.
