Peanut Brittle

Missing my Nonnie so much and miss her peanut brittle. Her name was Bertha aka Bertie. When I say it is so much like my Nonnie’s peanut brittle it is!!!! I love it!!! Thank you.😊

Delicious peanut brittle. The only problem is that the delivered box had ants crawling inside. It seems that during packaging, some of the brittle syrup must have spilled in the box, leaving a sticky residue that attracted the ants. Since the jars were sealed properly, it did not affect the quality of the inside contents, but opening the box was definitely a surprise.
