Ombre Drip taart

Flavor was okay.Not sure if they were in a rush this time as their cakes are usually amazing. This time the layers were uneven and to fix it they loaded it with buttercream. In some places the buttercream was thicker than the sponge. The buttercream was also a bit heavy on the butter this time and very very greasy. Overall not bad, just not the amazing standard I'm used to.

Shape and design delivery perfect but not delicious

In eerste instantie waren we in de veronderstelling dat de taart erg zoet zou zijn met icing. Dit viel heel erg mee, en het had juist de perfecte balans. Chapeau!
