These decks help take the guess work out of what should I do for the day when I don't have much time. It allows me the freedom of small, challenging exercises with a few cards when I only have a little time or a bigger, harder challenge with the whole deck when I have more time. Feeling the burn and loving it!

I received my four decks and am pleased with the quality of them. I also like having the four different deck that target different areas. I did the Medusa deck and two days later I am still sore! They are definitely challenging and I like that be though you have the same exercises..shuffling the deck makes it new every time.

No joke! I bought these cards to spice up my workout routine with the football team I coach, these were excellent great workout and exhausting!! Love these cards they are one of my prized pieces of workout gear!
