It was really good! I made grilled cheese. I added parmashan to the butter and used Harvati cheese to make an incredibly delicious sandwich! No sugar spikes!

Sourdough bread has always been my favorite since I was a kid in the 60's. It is so great to have a low carb version that tastes authentic. It is perfect toasted for breakfast, or soaking up pasta sauce. All without feeling guilty about the high carbs usually associated with bread. Excellent choice.
