The sourdough bread didn't seem like sourdough to me but it was definitely a neutral flavor and toasted up well with no issues. I had frozen 2 pieces each in baggies. It thawed fine without being mushy or wet which is great! Probably won't order this bread again just because it didn't seem like sourdough to me but more of just a regular plain white bread
