Everything was perfect, from Josh’s incredible customer service, to their quick shipping from overseas to the packaging, quality and fit of my new Master Supply leather jacket!

Where do i begin? I peppered Josh at MSC with questions for a week prior to purchasing. When the jacket arrived it was beautiful, and asked about stretching or cutting the lining out of the jacket so that i could comfortably wear a hoodie underneath. MSC did not budge, they insisted i send the jacket back and offered to build one custom based on what i was looking for. We’re talking an extra few centimeters in the chest and an entire new jacket was made. Next level customer service in a time when online shopping killed customer service. As for the jacket itself, it’s gorgeous. I was a little intimidated by the veg tanned leather but this jacket is about the journey. Each wear will add a layer to the patina. Heavy duty, quality leather. Im already looking at the website for my next purchase.
