Sunset Sofa Bed

It was great for the space really easy to put together. I like it because it’s perfect for what I needed. I just think that the price was more than its worth but that was the only thing that would fit through the bedroom door because I did not want to put an actual bed in that room because of the size of it that’s why I gave it four stars

I purchased the Sunset Sofa Bed from Sol Place and can’t say enough about the wonderful service this company extends to their customers.. Once I placed my order I had several questions and concerns so I probably sent out 3-4 different emails. I was amazed at the quick turn around time……consistently less than 24 hours. Especially helpful was Chyi with her precise explanations and understanding of my concerns. When I received my sofa it was very simple for one person to set up. But…..something was just not right and the look of the couch just didn’t sit right with me. I had it set up in my living room for at least a week, wondering if I would eventually “get used to it”. Well, that didnt happen so I once again reached out to Chyi asking for help. I just was not happy. She understood completely and told me the company would do everything possible to make things right. I was asked to send some pictures showing what I was trying to explain to her. As usual,, within a day she was back to me what she felt was the problem and how to correct it; A very simple step……and done!! I’m so happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating doing business with Sol Place. Thank you Sol Place, Susan Fair

The delivery was quick and the favric is nice. However, the cushions are just hard. Theyre hard like office furniture hard. When folded out, the “bed” is hard as well. It may fit well for others, maybe they just want a place for friends to crash or to hang out for a short while, but for the price, there are more comfortable sleeper sofas woth better mattresses out there. I’m currently communicating with Sol Place to set up a return and refund. If that tanks I’ll revisit this review, but so far, beyond offering increasingly larger amounts of credit on my purchase in lieu of a return/refund in their responses (which I question and frankly ticks me off a little) , the process seems to be moving toward a resolution.
