Stress & Sleep Management Notes

I thought the price was to good to be true. I thought this was actual physical books but after not receiving anything and after an email i was informed that it was a file to be downloaded. I'm sure the advitised add pictured an actual folder/book Very disappointed 😞

I had to download everything so i stop. I would have rather a box to see what i had to do.

It’s all digital. I expected a physical copy. It’s hard to read PDF files on your phone when it’s only about 3 inches wide.
