best warrantee ever!

I bought my Stealth chair for my studio a few years ago and the screws that held the back support slowly backed out. I tried to fix the back by myself and couldn't get it done. I called Stealth and told. them my problem. They said my chair was still under warrantee and they sent me a brand new back right away! I can't think of any other warrantee that worked that well for me.
