It’s taken a life time to give a 10 out of 10 for a coffee albeit I have a particular style of coffee you cannot find in a coffee shop. With the quality of the beans my previous process was yielding between 8-9. 5 out of 10. Fish River Roasters is the only variable I’ve changed in 30 years. It’s a consistent 10 and now I’m setting my sights on redefining my standards of the perfect coffee.

our previous roaster closed down so now happy to purchase from fish creek as it compares well with our old coffee. It’s a good strong blend without being bitter.
