Very tender and full of flavor !!
Decided to pan seared in Ghee Butter and finish in the oven at 400 Convection Roast total cook time after sear to brown was 7 minutes to medium rare. This has to be one of the better inexpensive pieces of Wagu that surely won’t disappoint your taste buds.
