Great product. Keeps me on track with not only my workouts but my caloric intake, my sleep patterns and daily movements. I love that it reminds me to stand or take tume to breathe. It even tracks when my stress levels have increased. Highly recommend.

best smartwatch ive ever bought. great battery life and fats charging so i can keep it on, doubles as a dress watch and tracks all my health/workout stuff super accurately. for someone with small wrist/forearms it fits perfectly
