It’s very easy to use. I had never pressure canned before. This was so easy to load and close. I have a lot to learn but I think this was be a really worthwhile investment .

I bought this scanner about eight months ago. It is the best. I have a 21 quart all American. It's great. This does a much better job heats up so much quicker can use it on my glass Top stove without any issues had a presto didn't like it at all. Sold it if you're looking for a canner this truly is a wonderful option.

I'm very pleased with this canner and glad I added it to my canning arsenal. I can mostly pints b/c there are only 2 of us. So being able to can twice the number of jars at once is a big help! It took some getting used to to begin with, as there was steam coming from the locking handle, but once I realized that was the locking steam vent, it was smoothsailing. I poured over the pamphlet again and again, but there was nothing in it that explained that little tidbit of info. I love that it came with a weighted jiggler and an extra seal that didn't have to be purchased separately. Appreciated the added goodies in my box too! Thanks for supplying a great product!
