Great shoe and customer service

After three rounds, my first pair of shoes had a pronounced squeak, potentially indicative of a problem in the sole. I sent an email to customer service after my round, and within two hours I had a response, phone call and a new pair on the way under the warranty. The replacement shoes are great, they fully live up to the billing of providing great stability, As someone who needs wide shoes, the expanded toe box and the wide width are exactly what I need to be able to walk 18 holes 3 times a week.

SQAIRZ golf shoes

I haven’t got to wear them yet, because of an injury. I tried them on after I received them and they felt perfect as far as the fit and comfort. This is my second pair of SQAIRZ golf shoes. When I put my first pair on, they felt like I was wearing house slippers. The first time I wore them on the course there was not an issue with the shoes. They required no break in and I could feel the stability and gripping power immediately. My go to shoe from now on!

Sqairz golf shoes

I have been wearing Sqairz golf shoes for the last couple of years and really like the comfort and performance. However, my recent experience with customer support makes me LOVE my Sqairz golf shoes. After owning my shoes for over a year, I had an issue with one of the pairs of shoes. I contacted customer service, sent pictures and had a response the same day! They sent me a new pair of shoes no charge....no questions asked. This is OUTSTANDING customer service! They have a customer for life. Thank you Sqairz!
