I usually just wear my belt over my clothes since I don't care to tuck in my shirt and the seasons change drastically here making an inner belt useless since I go from pants and a t-short to snow pants and a parka so I finally bought the Micro Grip Panel and what a difference. It's nice and padded and the neoprene keeps it from moving around during movement. Best thing I could have added minus the magazine pouches and my holster, highly recommend.
