Calm Uplift

The worst customer service ever. I contacted them twice and still response. The product, I ordered arrived melted and I didn’t know what to do, so I contacted the company via their site and still no answer. If your product arrives melted or there is an issue, be prepared to not hear from them at all to rectify the issue. They just send a lot of marketing emails. Crazy since the product is $40+. After I left a review they reached out to me. Before then I haven’t heard from them in over a week. The worse customer service ever. My issue still wasn’t resolved.

I'm really enjoying Calm uplift. Just like advertised I feel elevated without feeling off... just an overall wellness and comfort. The only problem was that when I received the package, the top half had melted. I let it dry and try to use it but it did not mix easily. I had to get rid of about half my package. Other than that, it's great

So happy to have ordered another pack! I got my first pack while I was visiting the Malibu farmers market back in May 2024 and was greeted with such kind and calm energy and was pleasantly surprised by how simple and delicious this cacao is- it's become a favorite with a dash of maple and some whole milk or coconut milk at night!!
