This is one of the lower quality raw cacao products I've tried. I bought it as an upsell when I was ordering the raw cacao. I accidentally ordered 2 bags (more on that in a second) neither of them have packed on or expiry dates, and one bag was a solid chunk of material while the other looked like old cocoa powder.
Customer service is TERRIBLE. I emailed the company right after I made the mistake of ordering two of this product. Nobody got back to me. I was charged for and received both. I emailed again about the quality and was told the consistency varies and they don't do refunds on food products. I wasn't satisfied with this answer so I replied right away. They never responded 😒

I love the fresh, natural flavor of this cacao. No sugar or additives. I have made as recommended and the honey gives it just a little richness. Thanks!
