Amazing customer service, very responsive... I had questions about their process and they were so helpful. I sent the test off on a Wednesday and had results by that Friday. They do not give a conclusive result unless they're sure.

This was such an easy collection test, I was truly shocked. I’ve always been nervous to give blood but once I clicked the button I didn’t feel anything. I enjoyed getting my results back quickly, but I will say I kinda wish the results told you the percentage of the Y chromosome found in your blood. I currently have a toddler at home who is also male and it makes me curious how much was detected, maybe I’m still in disbelief I’m having another boy 😜. Buy the test, it’s worth it!

The test came in quickly, easy instructions, and all my emails with concerns were answered super quick! I expressed concerns of contamination and the support team doubled down on their findings and said they were confident in my results. Will get an NIPT in 2 weeks to confirm, but their confidence made a world of a difference for me!
