Disappointed!

I am very disappointed with the item I received. I specifically asked for the dress to be tailored to my height. I provided you with my exact measurements, made this clear on the website when placing my order, and also confirmed it via WhatsApp with several members of your team. The dress is far too long and completely unwearable. It has not been altered in line with my request. In addition, I was promised that the dress would arrive within 10 days of purchase. I was assured of this, yet it still arrived late. This is extremely poor service. So disappointing. I will be returning the dress and expect a full refund.
