I went with the standard countertop, and I was completely satisfied with it.

Excellent machine

Missing some hardware but otherwise great

Didn't come with instructions and was missing washers. I watched the prizzi video on YouTube and my hardware was a little different or missing. Luckily I had extra washers in my toolbox. Assembly was otherwise simple and has been great so far.
