These cotton shirts I wear whilst training (CrossFit & resistance training) and they're on the thicker side which I'm a fan of. I originally went for an XL for a looser fit but have since gone to the L for more fitted. They hold their shape well and have minimal shrinkage after washing. I love them as I'd prefer to train in cotton where possible, but a lighter poly or nylon alternative would feel better if you'd prefer a less weighted fit.
