Nice hate, wrong item sent

The hats are great, however, I was sent the wrong color way for on of my orders. Instead was sent two different hats to replace it, but wasn’t asked if that was what I wanted to do. When I contacted, was told they are out of the one I ordered but they could see if they could get me that one from whoever makes them for them. I said I would appreciate that, but never heard back after that. Love the brand and the message with it!
