OK Device

Had an issue with the first unit I was sent, Customer Service was very helpful. Now with that being said, I'm not too impressed with the product. While I was waiting for my damaged unit to be replaced, I purchased a Lilygo T-Deck Plus. The screen on that unit is much sharper! It was also like half the price. I think for what you pay, the Ranger should at least have the T-Deck Plus inside, but this is just the T-Deck. You are basically paying for the fancy case, which is nice quality, but not double the price nice. The only upside is that it has a 4000mAh battery.

Newbie - early adopter clearly

New user. Took a lot of work with AI to pair ( needed reboot) the blue highlight for track-ball use is invisible to my poor eyes. Paid $45 for courier shipping to Canada but they used US post office and I had to pay duty.
