Good guidance, clear communication

The Navigation update was very easy to order. Received the downloadlink quite quick. The instructions for downloading, unpacking and installing are very clear and easy to do. It might be good to know in advance, that you need a completely empty usb stick, NTFS formatted of maximum 64GB. I used a 32Gb stick, installation in the car took me about 20 minutes or so.

Clean and Easy

So glad I found OEM Navigations. Everything went so smooth and instructions were plain and easy to follow. Not to mention the great price it is offered for. Will definitely get all my updates from here moving forward.

Excellent product and service

The download guide was clear and the process went smoothly. I had misquoted my VIN which meant I received an FSC code that the upgrade process did not recognise. I sent an email with the correct VIN and within 24 hours I had another code which was accepted by the system and the maps uploaded seamlessly.
