I reached out to Double Oak Essentials on June 1 regarding an inquiry and never received any response. It’s now been well past a reasonable timeframe and there has been no acknowledgment, follow up, or support from their team. For a company operating in the Ecom space, customer communication is essential, especially when customers are actively trying to get clarification on an issue after purchasing. Unfortunately, the lack of responsiveness makes it difficult to trust their customer service standards or feel confident placing an order in the future. At this point, the experience reflects poorly on their reliability, and I would caution others who expect timely support or engagement.

Looks nice, feels nice. Was not aware the cash slot does not fit Canadian cash. Definitely only made for paper US cash. Pretty disappointed in that because thats why i bought it in the first place, for a card flip wallet with a cash slip. I can fit 1 bill comfortably, 2 bills is pushing it. Guess its an emergency cash slot rather than a usable feature.
