Broome & Vase

I am never usually want to leave a review especially if it’s negative. However, the experience that I had with fig and Bloom is so disappointing considering the price I paid. Firstly, I ordered flowers seven days in advance to our delivery date. I was the one who had to follow up to confirm if they were being delivered on our selected date. For them to then call me and tell me that, unfortunately, as there was a new team, our order could not go out today. It was then rescheduled for a Saturday and once again I was called to advise that my order again would not go out. It was then scheduled for the Monday, the order did not arrive until 730 at night. My client is a mum to 2 young kids that is the most inappropriate time to be delivering flowers. For my order, it was stated that we would get a ceramic white vase, the order was received flowers and vase handed to them in a rush and the vase was a glass pink vase. The flowers also were damaged and not at all what was depicted on the site. We were promised an upgrade due to the inconvenience of having the order scheduled twice, however the upgrade were cheap flowers shoved in a native bouquet completely separate to what I had purchased online.

I overseas at the moment and missing my daughter terribly so your beautiful flowers made both our days. Thank you so much for your care and beautiful arrangement.

I had a few hiccups with my order and the delivery address was incorrect. But the customer service team returned my frantic calls and emails and rectified the issue. The most beautiful flowers were delivered to the location in the end. Please double check your delivery address!
