I never received the item
The company seems quite disorganized. Even though they apologized in the end for mishandling my order, I’m disappointed that they had me wait an entire month for an item that never arrived. I genuinely feel they didn’t have it in stock at the time of purchase, yet the system still allowed me to buy it — and they were ultimately unable to fulfill the order. I’ve had good experiences with them before and will likely buy from them again, but they really let me down this time.
