Room for improvement

I'll start off by saying I think the keycaps themselves are well done, the print quality is clear and it is nice that you can basically pick any color you want and extend the design down the sides. However the housing of the caps is a bit of an issue. I ordered a set of 4 connected and a set of single and both seem to be 3d printed even though the single keycaps are shown to have clear plastic housing in the images. I understand things can change but the images should match the actual product. A more concerning matter is that when my order arrived the 3d printed casing was sticky on all of the keychains. I'm not sure if I might have gotten a bad batch but it seems the 3d prints were not fully cured. I was able to cure them for my sake but I wanted to let people know to keep this in mind before buying. I understand this is a new product but I hope that these issues can be resolved in the future!
