Outstanding pillows and customer service
I will start by saying that I have $450 worth of pillows in my closet. Three Tempur-pedic pillows, another orthopedic pillow and a knee bolster. When you take into account that the Noble Pillows are completely customizable for each person, and the amount I've spent in the past (I know I have plenty of company), they are not expensive. Also, Noble Pillow comes with a 5-year guarantee, and a 45-day trial. I can confidently say that no other company in the industry offers this kind of support: you buy a pillow, and you're on your own.
From when I first sent an email asking for information about the pillow, to ordering and adjusting it, Danny and Jamie have been amazingly supportive. It is clear that developing this pillow system has been a labor of love for them. I ordered the head and lower-body pillow, and a bamboo cover/protector for the head pillow.
I was uncertain about the adjustment process. In my case, the videos were not enough for me to understand how to properly adjust the fill in each section for my specific issues. My main pain point is ongoing spasms in my left trapezius, which affects my neck. Jamie listened to my concerns and issues, and made sure I got the help I needed to understand how to adjust each section. I know that if I have issues in the future, Jamie and her team will be there for me.
I've had the pillows for only about two weeks. There are a couple more adjustments I want to make to both my head pillow and lower body pillow (which I now understand how to do), but I can already tell how much they are helping. I wake up in the morning with less stiffness in my hips and lower back. My neck is an ongoing issue, and is deeply affected by stress. There's only so much a pillow can do, even one as excellent as the Noble Pillow. But I feel that the head pillow is significantly supporting my head and neck in the proper position, and expect to experience further improvement as time goes on. I am a back sleeper, and am no longer able to sleep on my side. Jamie and her team understood this, and helped me make adjustments accordingly.
I honestly can't say enough good things about this company and the products. The thought and years of research Jamie and Danny have put into developing these pillows, along with the outstanding customer service, puts Noble Pillow in a class by itself.
