Having done some research I bought a set of Our Place pans…very disappointed…the coating started to come off within a couple of weeks. Certainly not from over use. Also on induction hob the pans take a very long time to heat up!

A fab set HOWEVER…

I adore my terracotta essentials set and had this purchase planned for my new kitchen as soon as I saw it. However, the smallest pan was faulty and wouldn’t work on my Bora induction hob. I contacted Our Place, sent over evidence videos as requested and they confirmed that a new pan would be sent out. It took ages to come as it was shipped from LA (even though the original pan set came quickly), and they had sent the wrong size. I then contacted them again, for them to confirm they will be sending out a replacement pan… The initial contact was made on 17th Jan 2026 and today is 19th March 2026. Over two months to replace a pretty costly pan is rather disgraceful. If you choose to sell to a UK market, you must make customer service issues accessible to that country too, inc the replacement of items. I am an interior designer and would love to be able to recommend your products to my clients. However, as it stands, problems are not resolved quickly enough for me to recommend Our Place over other better known UK brands.

Nice colours, not that durable

Very effective when cooking, however, the paint work around the rims of the pots is now stripping off. . Somewhat disappointed. I wasn't expecting this at all. I thought these pots were built to last 🤔. Hmm
