Slow beginning, but excellent outcome!
When I first started wearing my new pair of KURUs, I found that I couldn’t wear them more than the two-hour recommended time and this lasted for about three weeks. I then took a break of a few (two or three?) days. The next time I wore them, I kept them on the entire day with no pain whatsoever! That’s how it has been ever since -/ comfortable and supportive!

Love these shoes!
After wearing Atom shoes every day while traveling overseas, I decided to try the Ridge hiking shoes. I love them. I’ve been wearing them everywhere and haven’t even been hiking yet. The heel support is wonderful, the tongue sits properly without twisting or sliding, and the sole comes up to cover the toes a bit so there’s added protection for my feet. I recommend these shoes whether you’re day hiking in the forest or traipsing the concrete jungle.
