APPALLED BY THE NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

We ordered and paid for multiple samples at the beginning of January. When the package arrived, it was missing several of the samples paid for. We contacted customer service and weeks later have received no response, or the missing samples, just a "we're very busy and we'll get back to you when we can" email. We've given up, and we wouldn't even consider using American Tin Ceilings for the large purchase we plan to make.
