Here's the funny thing. The most likely reason you'll need this is that you accidentally over-tightened the neutral light switch screw, damaging that spring steel thing that's screwed to the quadrant's right side. And for whatever reason, that spring isn't available separately, even though it is rather clearly held on with a screw.
