A Great Free Blowing Reed

Great projection and lower registers

Takes more embouchure strength compared to a cane reed, particularly in the upper register. Very responsive however, and helps with lower register passages and projects beautifully. Great for larger ensemble players that need to cut through a bit more and outside performances.

An Exelllent Bassoon Reed

I put off buying this for a long time because of the price. I have spent much more on cane reeds that were barely acceptable. This reed is awesome! The Old Grumbly Bear went very well on this reed. Thanks!
