Hi, at this point I am not happy. I have ordered more putty as the support decision was that I needed to redo my impressions. I have done so, three times, three redos. I ordered more putty where in two mixing cases the putty prematurely hardened not allowing an impression at all. They have asked for additional fees if you want your redo seen before others, more money for putty, money for shipping, as much as the putty!, and little or no response to my emails with questions. But for another fee, I can get more advice. I have watched their video. I do not have the perfect mouth. If I did I would most likely not need this product. I would like more communication and putty that allows the customer to a good job in an area we, the customer, know little about. If this company is not able to assist through the process with the tools needed, perhaps a refund should be offered. I was very excited that this company did seem to have a good usable product.
