WiiM Pro

Already non functioning…

Has been hooked up for about two weeks, worked fine. Now only plays static, has been reset multiple times, tried different inputs and outputs. Just static, something died inside. Pretty sad for a few week old product.

Great affordable Streamer

The Wiim Pro works great and sounds great. It was easy to set up and start streaming from Amazon Music. It has lots of great features which I utilize. I am very pleased with my purchase

The Wiim Pro is a Great Device!

The Wiim Pro is great! My only recommendation is that when you have an optical in from a TV to the WiimPro, and the WIFI input and TV both utilize the same optical output, the WiimPro does not automatically begin playing when using the TV. It does not auto detect between the two. Through the WiimPro app, you have to select the optical in (the TV input in my setup) through "Browse," and then press "play" to start the sound for the TV. You then have to pause the optical input after turning off the TV, otherwise the WiimPro app keeps "playing." That said, it automatically starts when you use the WIFI input/optical output i.e. playing Spotify from an iPhone to the WiimPro, for instance. It's still quite a handy device, has great audio quality options (I'm using a separate DAC connected between the WiimPro and my receiver), and was a breeze to setup!
