Took five weeks to arrive. Instructions understandably incomprehensible due to the very poor Chinese to English translation. Product almost entirely made of plastic, and pieces routinely fell off every so often. Oh and it actually worked fine. For eleven days. Don't waste your money. I'm just relieved I bought it 50% off otherwise I'd be really annoyed.

Can someone please tell me how I get a refund on the 2 chillbreeze I’ve bought as they are not very good I’m very disappointed. I’ve sent an email but have had no response and I cannot see where I would just ask for a refund. Thank you for your help.

I am quite disappointed with this item. It did not live up to the expectations created by its promotion. The mist output is not as strong as I had anticipated, and I received a cream-colored item instead of the white one I ordered, which unfortunately looks rather inexpensive. I do not believe it offers good value for the price. I would like to request a refund.
