Ritual Starter Set

At first I loved this. I was surprised at the deep sleep I got. But I could never get over the “groggy” feeling the next day. I kept with it for two weeks but gave up bc I always felt groggy the following day. It never improved for me. I tried adjusting the amount but nothing worked. I have a highly sensitive system so it may be just a “me” thing and other people may not have this issue.

Great product and delivered timely

The larger bottle does not have any scent to it. The travel size does have a nice scent.
