BUYER BEWARE, The experience with WYZE was terrible, the return port hole would not work, tried over an hour and a half, I called in to customer service had to wait 30 minutes to speak to Delilah from another country which was breaking up terribly, she insisted I do it online due to the fact she reset the account, and to top it off they charge me $5.95 to ship it back. If this was such a hassle, I wouldn't hope to see what a warranty claim would look like..😡
