Square Seller Spreadsheet

I’m so thankful to Janet for the spreadsheets she makes and the courses she provides. She GETS small biz makers and our needs. This spreadsheet (and others!) have helped me get my business going and keep it in order. The instructions cover everything and if you have questions, the team is super responsive. You can’t go wrong with Paper and Spark offerings.

Exceedingly organized and useful

I had been keeping my own spreadsheet for the first four years, but that doesn't mean I know what I'm doing. The most annoying part of the whole thing was trying to categorize all my expenses/deductions in the middle of February while trying to file my taxes. The organization of those categories alone is worth it for me, but this tool is so much more! My second-most-annoying task was figuring out Sales vs Sales Tax vs Square Fees vs Net Revenue. I had a formula going, but it was confusing to read, and I wasn't sure it was actually correct. This system allows you to import a file from Square for each month of sales and does all that for me! Hallelujah! Dare I say I'm actually looking forward to filing my taxes this year?
