I really like this magnesium spray. I’ve tried many different magnesium sprays/lotions and this one feels very cooling and refreshing. I spray on the bottoms of my feet before bed, on any muscle aches I may have, and sometimes even on my stomach to ease cramps. I feel like it does the job and I never have any itching or stinging after I spray it on like some magnesium sprays can cause. Will definitely repurchase when I run out!

This is way more convenient than the magnesium balm (which I also love), and I like that I know exactly how much magnesium I am getting with each spray. Great for sore muscles!
