Probably a user error- not very successful
I haven’t had any luck with the coding for voigtlander lenses. For uncoded Leica lenses it seemed to work.

New ID for old M lens
Nice to have it on hand, give the old lens new ID for Leica digital camera. Easy to use, faster and safe to do it. Instead of remove the lens mount and engraved the color code, paint it is another choice for the lens owner.
