Zen Sleep

They’re okay I’d say. They don’t block street / traffic noise out on testing ‘n wearing them in America on holiday. I’m also not a big fan of sleeping with them in my ears although not uncomfortable, they’re quite difficult to get used to. Not really sure what my expectations were but honestly seems like the best policy. Put simply, I’m on the fence around their efficacy. Cheers Nick

Bought many items from Snugs all good.! But these Zen ear plugs. Are simply impossible to fit into the ear. I did try calling Snugs and even with their help, they wouldn’t fit…
