My Favorite Saddle Bag EVER: Chapeaux SNĒK
The Roll Top Saddle Bag is my FAVORITE! Super easy to use and load, plus I love the adjustable strap location since I use this on my gravel bike as well as my road bike. I am going to need to get a second one of these for my MTB too! Super High Quality and well thought out! SNĒK kit rocks!

Expandability or Slim packing. . . it's does em both.
I'm extremely happy with the Roll Top's ability to carry a variety of items, tight and secure. Or, if you're a minimalist and just have the essentials, it packs down nice and slim.
