Good and bad

I bought both of the Hole Control Cleanser and the Serum with mixed results. The cleanser is great for daily use, and I've really noticed the difference. However, after using the serum for a little while I felt it was irritating the area. Stuck with it for a little longer to see if I was mistaken, but the irritation got worse. I have since stopped using it. I may try again but for now I'll continue to buy the cleanser only.

Bottom line, it works. The wash is cooling and non-irritating. A little goes a long way. Cleanser is thick and stays on your finger or swab for easy application and maneuverability. Rinses easy and cleanly. The serum is also terrific. Again thick enough to moisturize without feeling like you’ve got swamp butt. Felt great after the first use. I bought it just to try it but I’m completely bought in now. I’ll be a regular subscriber.

Immediate relief

Dealing with fissures for a long time, this product definitely provided some nearly immediate relief. Sticking with it and hoping to find myself fissure free!
