Tried to get my glasses adjusted they’re not working for me

I don’t like my glasses they follow down off my nose all day long at work. I don’t know why, but they couldn’t adjust them at the store properly. Both girls tried to help me. I was very frustrated. I feel like taking them in and giving them back I’ve never had glasses this way.
