Never recived the product, this is a total internet scam being ran out of China, do yourself a favor when their adds pop up, block em, there are actual better options, this is a chinese scam they will send you adapters for wifi that dont even have ports on the console

Hello good afternoon I just received my order that I made on your website and both handheld consoles came broken the box is broken in the inside also dents and beat up on the outside of the box porky wrapped. The mailman slammed them on the porch when he delivered them I live on the 1st floor so I actually saw it happen. Also I have the video of when he did. The pink one came with broken screen on bottom right side out the box and the purple one came out the box rattling and speaker defect I have pictures and videos please contact me back I would love to order more in the future but I need these replaced I don't mind sending them back ok. I would really appreciate you guys replacing them or money back Thank you.
