For reference, Tompkins is one of the few full sized perfume bottles I own so I was curious to try the rest of these place-themed scents, especially since these are all cities I know. I've been wearing one per day for the past two weeks and wow. Kismet Olfactive's dry down does not disappoint. The scents are so complex.. nuanced, layered, and subtle, and they feel like a memory of each of the cities without smelling like a room spray or a candle. Standouts to me are how LA High captures the feeling of faint desert chaparral flowers blowing in on the breeze, and the cigarette note in Macba. Lots of perfumes have a tobacco note but this straight up has a cigarette smoke smell that wafts in on the edge of your awareness. Crazy! Highly recommend this sample set, I'm obsessed.

Obsessed! quality/diversity/theme and the dry down!!!!!!! OMG

Obsessed! The quality is amazing and so is the diversity and the theme. 3/6 will be full bottle purchases (Macba Barcelona, South Bank London, and Republique Paris) I can still appreciate the craftsmanship of other 3. However, for me, they are best in the dry down which can take a bit to get to. Can’t wait to revisit these in other seasons and see if that changes things. Beautiful compilation!
