I used it last December 2025, and when I tried to print it for our students, it didn’t work. We were able to get it fixed afterward. The red, yellow, and blue colors on the card look great. I only had a minor issue with the gray areas, but we resolved it by adjusting the contrast. It prints better now after I got help from support.

Ben from Bondo was phenomenal. He met our needs for a badge printer. The printer works great and fast. The set up process went smoothly. The quality of the badge is coming out with a few white smudges, but still comes out legible.

Great printer, Easy Setup

Working with the sales team was great and they were able to answer all my questions before I purchased my Magicard 400X. Setup was easy and was up and running in under 20 minutes. Easy to follow directions to both register and setup.
