When the mixture solidified it shrank and did not form the full pendant. I contacted support and they sent me a redo kit which turned out even worse than the first try. I do not recommend buying from them at all.

I am extremely disappointed with the Chubby Mini Drop Gold Plated. I paid almost $50 for this product and never even got to enjoy it because the solution NEVER solidified. I followed the instructions step by step exactly as directed, and it still stayed completely liquid the entire time. The instructions are confusing and very hard to follow, especially for beginners. On top of that, the pipette included is poorly made and barely functional, which made the whole process even more frustrating. Overall, this felt like a complete waste of money. I expected a fun and quality product, but instead I got a messy, unusable experience. I would not recommend this product at all.

Hello, I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I had a very disappointing experience with one of your breast milk jewelry kits. I purchased the full set (including the mold and chain) and carefully followed all the instructions provided. Unfortunately, the piece did not turn out correctly—the top part didn’t close properly, which made it impossible to use the chain. Even though I was disappointed, I really wanted this keepsake, so I placed a second order (this time only the mold, since I already had the chain). I was even more careful the second time, followed every step again, and the result was actually worse. The mixture didn’t fill the mold properly and didn’t reach the edges or the top opening, despite filling it completely. I’ve attached photos of both results for your reference. At this point, I’m extremely disappointed, especially because this piece has a lot of emotional value for me after finishing my breastfeeding journey. I’ve now used two kits and neither produced a usable result, even though I followed the instructions both times. Because of this, I would like to request a refund for my purchase. I don’t feel comfortable purchasing another kit after this experience. I would really appreciate your understanding and support in resolving this. Thank you in advance
